German court rejects the second Samsung's appeal for Apple

Another setback suffered sensitive company Samsung Electronics in its dispute with Apple in the courts of Germany. The Regional Court of Mannheim dismissed already the second complaint on South Korean company from Cupertino about the latest alleged violation of patents Samsung in 3G-connection.

Samsung Galaxy S II, and iPhone 4 recall, last week, German courts have recognized just untenable claim over the alleged illegal use of Apple products in their technological development of patents in Samsung 3G/UMTS.
